Brain Health Initiative – 2GO Advisory Group

Empower Brains, Elevate Workplaces: Brain Health At Work™ Initiative

In today’s high-stakes business world, cognitive health drives peak performance—yet over two-thirds of U.S. adults have at least one risk factor for cognitive decline, with as many as 45% of dementia cases worldwide attributable to modifiable risk factors. Forward-thinking leaders prioritize brain health to boost productivity, retention, and innovation.

Proud Partnership: 2Go Advisory Group & Alzheimer’s Association

2Go Advisory Group’s CHROs2Go Division—teams with the Alzheimer’s Association to bring Brain Health At Work to your organization with no-cost, evidence-based tools that enhance wellness, support caregivers, and deliver results: 86% of employees want brain health education!

Why CEOs should care

Brain health is both a people issue and a business issue. Adults spend about one-third of each day at their jobs. The Alzheimer’s Association created Brain Health At Work to meet people where they are—at work—and give them evidence-informed brain health and dementia resources. This program helps employers take practical action to make a difference in their employees’ lives. For CEOs, that makes brain health relevant to workforce resilience, employee productivity, caregiver support, and the company’s reputation as a health-conscious employer.

Why HR leaders should care

HR leaders can deploy this program quickly because the Alzheimer’s Association provides practical tools, including communication templates and calendars; employee surveys and activities; a recognition toolkit; a brain health habit builder; caregiver resources; and education programs. CHROs2Go can help supplement and translate those resources into a focused rollout across communications, benefits, managers, and employee engagement channels.

How it works

The Brain Health At Work process starts with a no-cost Organization Assessment that shows how well the company currently supports brain health and lets the organization compare its score with other employers. After the assessment, the organization receives a tailored resource kit with recommended next steps, communications support, and materials to strengthen internal deployment; the program also provides a recognition toolkit and recommends repeating the assessment annually to track progress.

How to deploy

  1. CEO sponsors the initiative. Position brain health as part of company performance, culture, and employee well-being.
  2. HR leads execution. Complete the assessment with input from benefits, communications, and leadership, so results reflect the real employee experience.
  3. Use the tailored toolkit to launch. Build a short rollout plan using executive messaging, employee education, caregiver resources, and manager communication templates.
  4. Integrate, do not isolate. Place the initiative within existing wellness, benefits, and employee support programs to increase adoption and utilization of benefits.
  5. Measure and refresh annually. Retake the assessment each year to measure improvement and update priorities.
