A seasoned operator at the intersection of people and performance, Lisa brings over 30 years of experience designing talent ecosystems that power innovation, reduce attrition, and create lasting momentum. Her work transforms talent from a reactive cost into a strategic asset that accelerates business growth.
Before joining 2Go Advisory Group, Lisa led global talent functions for multinational enterprises, where she spearheaded large-scale transformation efforts across hiring, development, engagement, and retention. She has built talent systems that served workforces of thousands, domestically and internationally, while preserving agility and culture during complex change.
As Principal Advisor of Talent Alchemist, LLC, Lisa partnered with growing companies to design talent strategies by building leadership pipelines, reducing attrition, and creating infrastructure that could flex with the business.
Now, as a Fractional Talent Strategy Officer and Partner at 2Go Advisory Group, Lisa works alongside founders, executives, and boards to align people strategy with business goals. Her work helps organizations hire intentionally, retain top talent, and unlock internal capability to grow from within.
