Working with boards, we advocate for broadening the traditional geopolitical perspective to include ECO-GEOpolitics. We help clients to set a strategic agenda while rapid changes in global ecosystems, as boards need a more comprehensive lens to reveal new opportunities and to create solid governance frameworks to protect eco-sensitive systems while also ensuring safeguards and protective measures. For example, US politics has major impacts on boards and governance: 1) SEC changes, 2) the impact of tariffs and supply changes that affect pricing and operations; 3) Presidential Executive Orders that create changes in regulations and policies, and 4) individual different State regulations.
